KANE 458s Flue Gas Analyser CPA1 Kit
The KANE 458s Flue Gas Analyser CPA1 Kit, with its innovative purge pump sensor protection system, is the ideal instrument for completing commissioning tests on new boilers. The automated test sequence adheres strictly to the guidelines as detailed in Technical Bulletin 143. Measure both flue and ambient CO concentrations between 0 and 1000ppm as CO measurement is a crucial part of the commissioning procedure, the analyser is also H2 ready up to 20% blend. Wireless connectivity is included as standard in the 458s model, which comes complete with a fully upgradeable sensor. Operators can calculate NO, NO2, S02 and high-range CO by adding an optional sensor.
Capable of measuring an array of gasses, the Kane 458s calculates differential pressure, differential temperature & CO2 concentration. This creates a supreme instrument for analysing combustion performance and tightness/ let by testing. The large screen can simultaneously display six readings including important combustion factors such as efficiency, CO/CO2 ratio, oxygen content and excess air. Operating via a simple rotary dial and connectible through infrared to an optional IRP-3 printer, the flue gas analyser can print results quickly and efficiently.
The CPA1 Kit version of the KANE 458s Flue Gas Analyser features a wide range of probes. An ASP2 sampling probe kit boasts three probes for performing analysis tests on flueless appliances. The two supplied KPCP clamp-on probes can measure flow & return temperatures while an air/liquid temperature probe is also provided. Ensure user safety with the GLD/450plus gas leak detector which warns of combustible gas concentrations above 50ppm.
The KANE 458s is the world's first domestic & commercial analyser that can directly measure O2, CO2 & CO, with these three sensors as standard.
Combustion analysis is possible with the Kane 458s CPA1 Kit on a range of fuels such as natural gas, LPG, wood pellets, light oil, butane & propane. The analyser comes complete with a carry bag and is covered by a lifetime warranty from KANE.
