Description

Laktan model 220 Ultrasonic Milk Quality Analyzer is used to determine 5 major meas. parameters of milk (Fat, Protein, SNF, Density and Added Water) without the use of chemical reagents in 180 seconds in a sample of fresh whole, preserved, pasteurized, normalized, reconstituted/ powder milk, non-fat milk and long storage milk.

Laktan is a reasonably priced portable laboratory for milk quality control which will make your work easier and will help save your time and money.

An important distinctive feature of this model is the option for Protein determination. The traditional method of protein determination takes about 6 hours and requires additional consumables. An alternative option is to use the Laktan model 220 that ensures stability and accuracy of measurement, safety and low cost of analysis.

The analyzer has an option of power supply from a car accumulator (battery). A wide range of AC voltage 100 - 260V allows using it in the most extreme conditions without any alterations. A reliable power supply ensures stable work of the analyzer in conditions of change of voltage in the range of 100 - 260V.

Laktan model 220 is a reliable, stable and convenient in use milk analyzer which helps to save time and cost of milk testing.

Laktan 600 ULTRA allows for measurement of 6 parameters of milk by the ultrasonic method without the use of chemical reagents: the content of Fat, Protein, Total Solids, SNF, Lactose, Density and Added water in the milk sample, as well as milk sample temperature.

Calibration

Laktan is supplied with the factory calibration for whole cow milk.

At customer’s request we can supply our milk analyzers with the additional calibrations for pasteurized milk, sterilized milk, cream, skimmed milk, reconstituted milk from dry milk, canned milk, goat milk and other types of milk.

Working mode

Setting of the working mode takes less than 15 minutes. The analyzer will warm up automatically. Just turn it on. After warming up you can enjoy analyzer's work all day long.

Time of measurement

The average time of measurement is 180 seconds

Voltage

In this analyzer a special attention is paid to power supply characteristics. A wide range of AC voltage from 100 to 250 V allows to work without any alterations in the villages, where there are significant fluctuations in the electricity.

Dimensions

In combination with a small weight not more than 3 kg, small size 300 x 240 x 95 mm allows to deliver device all over the world and robust packing guarantees secure transportation.

PC synchronization

Sibagropribor supplies null-modem cable /RS 232 cable and software for Windows in the set for attachment of Laktan 220 to PC that allows saving the measurement results on-line. Measurement data acquired can be stored and processed on PC.

The milk quality analyzer Laktan 220 is registered in the State Register for Measurement Devices of the Russian Federation under No.46032-10.The analyzer is registered in the State Registers of Kazakhstan and Belarus
